A Story of Prophecy and True Love

We come from the stars, and surely we shall return to the stars.  Behold!  We are stardust.

We are simultaneously cast as stars in the heavens and grains of sand on the shores of the fathomless love. We are here to learn the language of love, from the twinkling in the eye of a stranger, the smile of a mother holding her baby, the warm gesture of an old friend, to the first kiss of star-crossed lovers.  Love is the only thing worth living for, and the only thing worth dying for.  True love is worth searching for, and worth waiting for.

About the Author

I am Sonyata

In Buddhist literature, sunyata is the state of emptiness which a monk obtains before achieving enlightenment.  It is achieved by the emptying of the soul of all carnal and mortal desires to come to the reality of nature of our existence.  I am Sonyata. My name means “Son of Enlightenment”.

I am a New Creature, man.  I made it there and back again.  I got to Central Station in 2003 and got the upgraded CPU with a super fine 360-degree clock.  The Creator brought me in for an overhaul and a thorough system tuning.  Elroy tuned, checked, and optimized my circuitry and flushed the bios.  I got a fresh download of the base operating system, and the rest of my software was scanned and qualified.  It seems that I had accumulated quite a lot of bogus applications and unauthorized patches in the Wearyland, most of which ended up in the bit bucket.  I have been re-released, this time as a New Creature. I am Sonyata, version 2.0.

about the book

the new creature

The New Creature by Sonyata is a bold and poetic metaphysical fiction that reimagines the story of creation and humanity’s divine journey. Combining humor, social commentary, and spiritual insight, it blends religious satire, philosophical reflection, and mystical narrative into a powerful tapestry of thought.

Told through the lens of a prophetic voice from the Wearyland, the story follows the evolution of the soul from its genesis in the Divine Realm to its struggle in modern civilization. With references to spiritual awakening, divine love, and the Abrahamic faiths, the author weaves a narrative that’s equal parts profound and provocative.

This is not just another spiritual journey, it’s a layered and irreverent exploration of comparative religion, cosmic paradox, and the search for meaning in a chaotic modern world. From the Garden of Eden to gender politics, angels, aliens, and prophets with guitars, this book dances between metaphysical fiction, mystic philosophy, and religious satire.

Whether you're seeking truth in theology or clarity through chaos, The New Creature challenges your assumptions and awakens your soul. Dive deep into a world where divine lovers, cosmic metaphors, and poetic creation myths form the foundation of spiritual transformation.
